Where Does
Your Business End?

At the bottom line? At the office door?

Increasingly businesses are wanting to reach beyond these conventional boundaries to connect with customers and communities in more innovative and meaningful ways.

With our extensive network of contacts and connections outside business, we are delighted to be helping our clients journey beyond traditional commerce...

...into communities

Our innovation work with the DWP’s Job Centre Plus developed into an innovative project in its own right, Bloomin Human, where we helped a deprived town and its inhabitants bloom.

...into sport

We are delighted to be helping our client Skandia International support the British Biathlon Union in its bid for sporting success and Olympic Gold.

...into the wild

Our strategic ally Leaders Quest takes senior business people off-piste in India, Brazil, China and Africa on mind-opening, social and political journeys they would never normally experience. We are working with them on ‘inner quests’ which help participants continue their journey and deepen their insights once they return home. And for those with seriously itchy feet, there is a real Hero’s Journey, a personal development trek to Nepal.

...on stage

Impropera, is a creative sideline of ours that is increasingly in the spotlight. Conceived as a rehearsal technique, this has become a West End show with a whole range of business applications - from improv workshops, to conflict resolution and business celebrations.
