for Jobcentre Plus
We supported JobCentre Plus nationally in their mission to move ‘hardest-to-help’ clients back to work.
Our initial commission from the New Deal Innovation Fund was to design and stage an ideas generating innovation lab. This evolved into a nationwide venture, co-designing and setting up a Creative Business Network that spans the country. The purpose of the network was to stimulate business as unusual approaches at all levels of the organisation, from front-line to national tier. The hubs of the network are fifteen districts that each experience a 3-month ‘wave’ of experiences, coaching and practise.
A website joins-the-dots between the country’s 90 districts, sharing new projects and making powerful new connections up and down the country.
