How much time
do you have to
practise something new?
Most busy clients will answer a couple of hours a week at most. Usually 10 minutes or less.
We think rather differently about practise. In our view you are always practising.
Every meeting, conversation, project, journey, meal and family holiday is an opportunity to experiment with doing things differently. Or to repeat familiar patterns.
To assist you in practising more helpful approaches we have invented Practisefield which turns each day into an experiment and helps ensure the insights you gain on workshop or experiential sessions take root when you return to the office. This digital element has become a central part of our process and a reason why the work takes root in organisations so quickly. Practise makes practical!
Practise Field includes:
- Customised practises delivered to unlimited numbers of employees
- Video and audio material as well as text
Programs include:
- Reminders of key insights (these can be programmed by participants to coincide with key business events)
- Applications – showing how to put ideas into practise in daily business situations
- Inspiration – stimulating new ideas and provocation to keep your interest and keep you trying new things
